1789 Littleton, Colorado The existing building is a non-descript retail/office space just north of downtown Littleton. The owner is seeking to update the look and transform the stale exterior into a lively and interactive armature. The first intervention is formed from the 'billboard' concept that signals to everyday traffic the commercial aspects of the building. The second intervention seeks to form a hiearchy of the existing corner by over expressing the existing parapet with a larger scale and a translucent multi dimensional material. In addition the tenant spaces are made individual through the use of colored film applied to the existing glass.      |
