Colorado The client was looking to remodel
their existing residence. The objectives
that they wanted to achieve were to open up the
main level plan to allow for entertaining
guests. The addition of a new mudroom
adjacent to the entry was also designed to allow
for entry from the garage to the existing living
room area. Two sets of large glass doors
were added to the Dining Room area to visually
connect to the back yard and also allow for
impromptu outdoor dining at the new patio
adjacent to the existing rear covered
patio. At the upper level existing
bedrooms over the garage were
remodeled/reconfigured. The new upper level
expansion over main living room area with a 950
SF Master suite (larger bedroom, private bath
and two large walk in closets), a sitting room
area and re-locating the laundry to the upper
level.
