Castle Rock, Colorado Design of 2,000 SF new custom house on
a triangular site. Located in Castle Rock
adjacent to a private golf course the project
program centered around an open floor plan
design where most of the occupants time is spent
in the living room along with a corner
fireplace, dining room and kitchen. High
ceilings throughout the house create a
spacious feel. In addition to the
open living area, the main level consists of two
bedrooms, a study and laundry room.
Windows are placed to take advantage of distant
views of the mountains to the west. A
covered deck is located adjacent to the entry
to take advantage of mountain views
and the comfort of outdoor living that Colorado
has to offer.
